Licensed Nursing

Grandvue’s nursing staffing is among the highest in the state, and lower caseloads allow Neighborhood RNs and LPNs to make personal connections with care partners, Residents and Resident families. RNs and LPNs use their critical thinking and leadership skills to bring holistic, person-centered caring to those living and working in their neighborhoods.

From admission to discharge, Care Coordinators ensure that Residents’ health information is accurate, up to date, and in the hands of those who need it. Working closely with physicians, Care Coordinators act as a liaison to communicate with Residents, families, the interdisciplinary care team and other care partners.
