Restaurant Style Dining
Restaurant Style Dining maximizes choice for Residents by allowing them to choose what they want to eat, when they want to eat it. Structured meal times have been eliminated, allowing Residents to dine as they please or catch up with friends over a cup of coffee and a piece of pie.
Residents are greeted by a server, presented with a menu and treated as a restaurant patron. Menus change seasonally, and a featured special is available every day. Dining and Nursing staff are always available to assist and guide in the ordering process.
Dining rooms feature china plates and coffee cups, water goblets and centerpieces to add to the restaurant ambiance. Restaurant Style Dining empowers Residents to make choices in real time, and the more Residents participate in their meal selection process, the more independent they become at making decisions that impact other areas of their lives.
