Partners in Caring
Grandvue employs nearly 240 professional care partners who are dedicated to providing Elders with the finest care and service possible, as shown by the 5-Star Quality rating the facility has earned through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Grandvue is currently taking applications for licensed RNs and LPNs, CNAs, and Dietary, Housekeeping and Laundry relief staff.
Grandvue’s nursing staffing is among the highest in the state, and lower caseloads allow Neighborhood RNs, LPNs and CNAs to provide a more holistic approach to care.
From admission to discharge, Lifestyle Facilitator RNs ensure that Elders’ health information is accurate, up to date, and in the hands of those who need it. Working closely with physicians, Lifestyle Facilitators act as a liaison to communicate with Elders, families and other care partners in the neighborhood.
Grandvue is fortunate to have three licensed Social Workers on staff to advocate for Elders, educate care partners, counsel family members and provide person-centered leadership for the interdisciplinary care team.
Led by Grandvue’s Executive Chef, the dining services team provides on-demand Restaurant Style Dining serving Elders what they want to eat, when they want to eat it.
Care partners in the housekeeping and laundry areas are infection prevention specialists, keeping up to date on the latest products and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy living and working environment.
In order to better serve Elders, Activity care partners are also Certified Nurse Aides. Working closely with Grandvue’s Resident Counsel, the Activity Team develops activities and schedules outings based on Elders’ interests and choices.
Grandvue’s maintenance professionals work diligently to ensure Elders have a safe and comfortable living environment.
Administrative professionals specialize in the business affairs of the facility, but they are never too busy to give a tour, guide a visitor or chat with Elders.
